Een wijn die ideaal is bij rijke sauzen in combinatie met gegrild vlees zoals candele pasta met Napolitaanse vleessaus. De druiven van

Een wijn die ideaal is bij rijke sauzen in combinatie met gegrild vlees zoals candele-pasta met Napolitaanse vleessaus.
De druiven van Baiano Campi zijn afkomstig van één wijngaard in de vorm van een amfitheater, in het centrale deel van Villa Raiano. Deze wijn wordt geproduceerd van alleen aglianico druiven van een 9 hectare wijngaard gelegen in de gemeente Castelfranci (provincie Avellino) op 500 meter boven zeeniveau. De druiven, eenmaal ontsteelt, macereren gedurende 10 dagen in roestvrijstalen tanks en rijpen vervolgens in cementtanks en terracotta amforen.
