Deze wijn wordt geproduceerd van alleen Aglianico-druiven. De trossen worden met de hand geplukt en in kleine dozen naar de kelder gebracht om ze niet te pletten. 50% van de wijn rijpt na de fermentatie 6 maanden in houten vaten, 50% in roestvrijstalen tanks.
