This product also has a special ingredient that changes colour to indicate the pH level, which is essential for the growth of certain types of yeasts. It comes in three sizes - 500g, 2kg, and 10kg - and is an essential tool for scientists studying microorganisms in the brewing and fermentation industries.
PREPARATION: Mix 80.2 grams of the medium in one liter of purified water until evenly dispersed. Heat with repeated stirring to dissolve completely. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
