HOW TO SIZE YOUR ELBOW SLEEVES
Measure the circumference of your elbow in a straight, locked position with muscles relaxed. If you are between sizes or at the top of a size range, we recommend sizing up. Example: if you measure 13.3", choose XL, not Large.
