The TN-300 pipe notcher from Baileigh Industrial is the best production hole saw notcher on the market today. This 110 volt notcher is built using only the best components. The idea of the TN-300 was to get rid of the hand drill and make a better tool for the fabricators. By building a rigid base and tying all the components together, we were able to reduce vibration created from the hole saw itself as it went through the material. Next we locked in the RPM of the saw to 233 rpm. This speed seemed to give the best combination of saw life and speed of cut. Both of these items helped make a more accurate cut and increase the life of the saws, saving time and money.
The TN-300 can notch from 1/2" to 3" tube and 1/2" to 2-1/2" Schedule 40 Pipe. The vise has a quick release so different notch angles can be set up in a second or two and locked in with a solid taper lock. A large degree wheel for indexing the vise is also included.
Operation of the TN-300 is easy. Turn it on, grab the hand wheel and rotate it toward the material. The carriage rides on a solid V-block roller assembly that pushes the hole saw into the material with limited vibration and ease. This simple unique design on this tube notcher makes notching tube and pipe easy.
