You get two large drop-in pockets on each thigh for quick, easy access mid-run, plus two dedicated gel pockets built specifically for fuelling on longer efforts — between them there's room for 10+ gels if you need it, alongside a secure rear zip pocket with easy-access pull tab that comfortably fits most phones. An integrated inner liner adds a further layer of support and comfort, so there's nothing to think about beyond the run itself.

The result is a half tight that carries what a serious session demands, without ever feeling like it's carrying anything at all.
