A t-case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember let you keep the factory front driveshaft. The rear runs a high-strength steel lift block, heavy duty air bag spacer, and longer u-bolts.

- Vehicles with a manual t-case require BDS122423 manual transfer case shifter extension.
- Vehicles with a 2-piece rear driveshaft (carrier bearing) require BDS122406 carrier bearing drop.
- Ram's optional Aisin HD 6-speed transmission in the 3500 uses a different 8-bolt transfer case pattern; the 8-bolt kit also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal.
