A non-vintage blend - 2018 base wine is Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, whole bunch basket pressed slowly over 9 hours, fermented in barrel. Topped up with a little co-fermented Cabernet Cortis and Siegerrebe from the tiny 2019 vintage, bottled and sparked into second fermentation with an addition of 2020 Pinot Meunier in early November. Second fermentation bottling was early November 2020.
