This product is hypoallergenic, odourless and economical. Model 2 is recommended for medium to heavy flows, adult women and those that have given birth. The diameter is 46 mm (1.8 inches) by 52 mm (2 inches). The stem measures 20 mm (0.8 inches). The volume of the cup is 30 ml (1.0 fl oz). Model 2 is made from a firmer silicone than model 1.

1. Wash hands
2. Fold in on itself to make flat and then in half to form a C shape
3. Insert in vagina and check the cup has fully opened
4. Empty 2-4 times a day
5. To remove grasp bottom of cup and squeeze gently to break seal (do not pull out using steam alone)
