Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) Gordo Lobo

Mullein traditionally is used to help with respiratory issues, particularly for a dry and irritable cough. Mullein opens the lungs, reduces coughing and tightness, lubricates the mucosa, relaxes the larynx, opens the sinuses and creates a feeling of openness in the head. It also eases inflamed and irritated nerves while relaxing your mental state.  

Usage:  Take upon onset of symptoms.  Self-titrate by placing 3-5 drops under your tongue or evaporate 20-30 drops in warm water, tea, or juice.  If taken daily, do not exceed 7-10 days of use.
