The thick 8mm mild steel hot plate heats fast and evenly, and being an extra large size (73x40cm) you’ll be able to serve more customers. The generous 304 grade stainless steel splash guard surrounds the sides and rear to protect customers and makes it quick to clean. Excess fat and oil can easily be scraped into the removable drip tray, and is large in size for less frequent emptying.
