We have spoken with hundreds of Occupational Therapists, carers and aged care facility managers who express their need for a modern, cosy fully functional bed with floor-line capabilities and ergonomic height. We were asked to design a bed with a hidden castors system in order to offer the ultimate floorline care bed that looks like a home bed.
We quickly discovered that carers and users alike are tired of buying substandard beds with limited functions, clinical look and unsafe design. They told us that poorly designed beds can influence mood, behaviour and most importantly the desire to interact with friends or family. This can play a negative impact on recovery so we decided to start from scratch and design a new bed that will assist carers with everyday tasks and bring a new level of confidence and dignity to the user.

In 2022, together with the world leading supplier of electric bed components (OKIN), we were able to design a revolutionary bed frame that can be lowered to just 18cm from the floor level and can elevate to an incredible height of 75cm level and meet OH&S height standard requirements.

Furthermore, we successfully developed a unique Hidden Castors System that will revolutionise the home care market and truly enhances a patient’s recovery whilst promoting emotional comfort.
Deluxe flooline bed is the ultimate floor-line aged care bed suitable for residential aged care facilities, retirement homes and assisted living solutions. The modern ‘column-less’ design and unique features offers 12 pre-set positions and over 60 position combinations, including the popular Zero Gravity and Trendelenburg functions. This bed will promote the carer’s wellbeing, prevent injury and offer a memorable patient experiences and life-changing care.

Additionally, we have created plenty of user friendly accessories that can be easily fitted to the bed offering the ultimate customer experience. The modern arched panels are upholstered in Classic French Grey to match any existing room décor and create a cosy and warm feeling. The premium fabric is stain resistant, allergy-proof and easy to maintain.
