Camarena's great-grandfather introduced blue agave cultivation to the Highlands in the early 1900s, establishing the family's deep connection to this mineral-rich terroir. This Añejo rests one year in ex-American whiskey barrels, revealing roasted agave, dark chocolate, coffee, nutmeg, vanilla, dried fruit, and salted caramel with a buttery texture and long peppery finish that showcases the estate's agave character.
