Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:

• Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate: 21.5mg (equiv. Pyridoxine 13.7mg)
• Calcium folate: 400 mcg (equiv. Folinic acid 370 mcg)
• Cyanocobalamin: 500 mcg (equiv. Vitamin B12 500 mcg)

Excipients:

• Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, vegetarian capsule

Dose:

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, or as recommended by a healthcare professional
