Gibson 1934 L - Century of Progress Acoustic - Usedhe L Century of Progress was introduced by Gibson in 1933 at the World's Fair in Chicago, Illinois, as commemoration for the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the town. The guitar remained in production until 1941. This particular model, made in 1934, seems to have been played and loved since it left the factory. The L Century is dressed to the nines, with a full pearloid fingerboard and headstock laminate. The sunburst lacquer finish shows
