De Meursault 1er Cru “Charmes” 2023 is een rijke maar verfijnde wijn met aroma’s van rijpe peer, citrus, amandel en subtiele toast. In de mond is de textuur rond en zijdeachtig, ondersteund door frisse zuren en een lange, evenwichtige afdronk waarin fruit en mineraliteit mooi samenvloeien.

Vinificatie.
Na handmatige oogst worden de druiven zacht geperst en vergist in eikenhouten vaten met een zorgvuldig gedoseerd aandeel nieuw hout. De wijn rijpt ongeveer 12 tot 15 maanden op vat en krijgt daarna extra rust om de structuur en aromatische complexiteit te verfijnen, gevolgd door flesrijping.

Charmes staat bekend om zijn toegankelijkere, rijkere stijl binnen Meursault, en Darviot-Perrin weet dit terroir met grote precisie te vertalen. Door duurzame wijngaardzorg, minimale interventie en een verfijnde houtopvoeding ontstaat een Meursault 1er Cru die kracht en elegantie moeiteloos combineert.
