Premium Luxe 1573 werd aanvankelijk samengesteld voor privéconsumptie en wordt nu een beperkte en genummerde serie gebotteld. Deze coupage is ontstaan uit trots de geschiedenis van de regio allicante. Het jaar 1573 is het geboortejaar van Jaime Rosell y Desprats, Heer van Benejuzar, een titel die halverwege de 16e eeuw werd toegekend door de Spaanse koning Filips II.
