Assaggio fresco, vivace e cremoso nell’effervescenza, chiude con un elegante ricordo di ribes rosso e rosmarino.Nasce da una prevalenza di uve glera unite a una percentuale minore di pinot nero questo elegante Prosecco Brut Rosé DOC “Argeo” di Ruggeri. Le due varietà sono vinificate separatamente: glera in bianco, mentre il pinot nero fermenta a contatto con le bucce. Una volta completato l’assemblaggio il vino è posto in autoclave per la presa di spuma, nel rispetto del metodo Martinotti o Charmat, dove rimane a contatto con le fecce nobili per almeno 2 mesi.
Si abbina ai carpacci di pesce, a frittate di verdure e torte salate.

Every other page is a stock picture from wherever; while the message and practice are helpful, this should have been a pamphlet instead of a book -remember Cliffsnotes? Look at the author photo in the back of the book and consider it for a moment, what does your gut tell you? Hopefully you too can glean something from it.
