Al sorso è morbido, fresco, perfettamente equilibrato.Prodotto dall'azienda Gumphof con selezionate uve gewürztraminer provenienti dalla Valle Isarco, con un terreno caratterizzato dalla presenza di rocce calcaree. Dopo la vendemmia le uve sono sottoposte a una breve macerazione, a cui, dopo la fermentazione, segue una sosta di circa otto mesi sulle fecce fini. Praesulis è un vino raffinato, che unisce piacevolezza ed espressività aromatica.
Da provare in abbinamento con preparazioni a base di pesce e carni bianche, meglio se impreziosite dalle spezie; ideale con i piatti saporiti della cucina etnica.
