Giallo paglierino luminoso il colore, con sottili riflessi verdolini alla vista. Il naso è elegante e inizialmente fruttato, contraddistinto da sentori che ricordano la mela e la pesca a polpa bianca, poi arricchito da sfumature minerali e leggermente vegetali. Il sorso è fresco e croccante, di buona persistenza e sapido nella chiusura.È un Vermentino di Sardegna, il Giancu della linea U Tabarka, che vi ricorderà cosa sono capaci di offrire le terre sarde se si parla di vino. Mediterraneo, delicato e profumato da un lato, poi daltro canto fragrante e caratterizzato da una netta impronta minerale, è prodotto dalla cantina Tanca Gioia e nasce da uve raccolte in vigneti a piede franco. Lasciato riposare esclusivamente in acciaio, si esalta nellesprimere il varietale e le sfumature rilasciate dai terreni al frutto. Perfetto da stappare durante laperitivo e ottimo a tutto pasto con il menu di pesce, è un Vermentino di altissima qualità: provatelo!
Perfetto per accompagnare i piatti estivi, è ideale con linsalata fredda di pollo, peperoni ed Emmental.

Solid bamboo board set for the price

This bamboo cutting board set has been a nice addition to my kitchen. I like having different sizes available, and I especially appreciate being able to reduce how often I use plastic cutting boards. Mine did have a strong odor at first, but after washing them and letting them air out, that went away. They also seem good for the price

Awesome Boards….BUT the Smell!!!!

I’d love to give these 5 stars, they are heavy, well made, smooth, deep juice grooves, just nice….but the smell! I washed them, then used vinegar on them, set them outside over night, washed them again….its better but still present. I’d love some guidance on this. I’m hoping it goes away in a few days. It’s like a very strong woodsy smell that actually made my whole kitchen smell like these boards!
Edit: Ok, here's what I did. Washed, let dry, coated and scrubbed with apple cider vinegar, set them in a high air flow area for 24 hours (I put mine outside on the patio over night), washed and scrubbed again, let dry, scrubbed with lemons and salt, let dry, washed again. Finally, there is still a slight smell if you push them against your nose but that seems to be fading as well. So, great boards if you want to go stubbornly go through the smell removal process. I don't think it's a chemical smell, I think it's processed bamboo that is shrink wrapped in air tight packaging too soon after manufacturing. Anyway, I'll move this to 4 stars....but lots of work involved here!
