Al palato si presenta strutturato e ben bilanciato; i tannini solo vellutati e la persistenza è buona.Il Barolo Riserva DOCG "Ravera" de Lo Zoccolaio è prodotto a partire dalle uve delle zone più importanti di Novello, garanzia di aromi fini e grande complessità; i terreni, poi, prevalentemente calcarei, aggiungono eleganza e struttura ai vini, rendendoli ideali per l’invecchiamento. Il "Ravera", in particolare, deciso e austero, sia al naso che al palato, non perde la sua tipicità con il passare del tempo.
Ottimo in abbinamento a preparazioni strutturate a base di carne rossa, è ideale anche per accompagnare i formaggi stagionati.

For the record... This is the FIRST ever I'm reviewing something on the first day! This stuff smells amazing! And all I've washed so far with it is my hands! Got it, (after an 8hr shift of work) and washed my hands with it, sitting outside 80 degrees with a breeze and I keep getting a wiff of it. Smells amazing like I'm wearing a cologne! My wife noticed and asked why I was wearing cologne. Highly recommend
