Deze glazen babyflessen met brede hals zijn gemaakt van sterk borosilicaatglas. De flessen zijn daardoor hitte- en schokbestendig.

De speen en dop zijn gemaakt van 100% natuurlijk rubber en zijn dus volledig plastic- en BPA-vrij. Ze zijn zo gevormd dat ze perfect om de flessenhals passen zonder dat er melk gemorst wordt.

De spenen van Hevea zijn uit een stuk natuurrubber gegoten en daardoor zeer hygiënisch in gebruik. De slow flow speen heeft een anti-krampjesventiel om de gevoelige maag van baby's te beschermen. 

Instructie
De Hevea baby fles moet 5 minuten gesteriliseerd worden in kokend water voor het eerste gebruik
De fles kan opgewarmd worden in een flessenwarmer
De fles kan aangepast worden met verschillende spenen die passen bij de groei van de baby.

Inspecteer voor het voeden de speen en de fles voor elk gebruik en trek de fles speen in alle richtingen. Laat geen fles speen in direct zonlicht of warmte liggen, of laat ze in een ontsmettingsmiddel staan langer dan aanbevolen, omdat dit de speen kan verzwakken. 
Gooi bij de eerste tekenen van schade, slijtage of scheuren de speen weg want  ze kunnen voor verstikkingsgevaar! zorgen. Verander van speen na 1-2 maanden gebruik.
 
Reiniging: Voor het eerste gebruik in kokend water laten staan gedurende 5 minuten. Dit is goed voor de hygiëne. Daarna voor elk gebruik met warm water spoelen.
  • Voor baby's tot 3 maanden desinfecteer de speen regelmatig (koken of iets dergelijks).
  • Bij het koken, zorg ervoor dat er altijd voldoende water in de pan zit  om materiële schade te voorkomen.
  • Niet koken in de snelkookpan.
  • Niet reinigen in de vaatwasser of desinfecteren in de magnetron - ontsmettingsmiddel en warmte geproduceerd door de magnetron kunnen het materiaal beschadigen.
  • Na het reinigen zorg ervoor dat er geen water is achtergebleven in de speen.

Geventileerd speen: De klep in HEVEA fles speen heft het drukverschil op in de fles en vermindert ongevraagde Aerophobia tijdens het voeden. Draai de ring vast, maar de flens of afsluiter niet te veel knijpen.
 
Gemaakt van natuurlijk rubber latex, dat allergische reacties kan veroorzaken. Natuur rubber latex allergie symptomen zijn: jeuk, roodheid van de huid, huiduitslag, loopneus, tranende ogen. 
Stop met het gebruik van het product als eventuele symptomen optreden.
 
Dit Hevea artikel is in overeenstemming met de veiligheidsnorm EN 14350  
 
  • Er staan maatstreepjes op de zuigfles, maar als er  nauwkeurige metingen nodig zijn, gebruik dan maatbeker of maatlepel.
  • Wanneer heftig geschud, kan de druk in de fles stijgen en lekkage of spuiten veroorzaken vanwege de hoge temperatuur van de vloeistof in de fles.
  • Wanneer de baby zuigfles is gebroken, kan het gebroken glas en de scherpe kanten grote schade veroorzaken. Gebruik de fles altijd onder toezicht van een volwassene.
  • De baby zuigfles kan breken als hij valt of ergens hard tegenaan stoot .
  • Thermische schok kan de fles versplinteren als het verschil tussen de kamertemperatuur en de temperatuur van de vloeistof binnen te hoog is.
  • Gebruik water om de zuigfles afkoelen.
  • Wees ervan bewust dat wanneer de tandjes doorkomen, de Baby de spenen kan laten scheuren.

So many squeakers!

Cute, durable toy.

It's about as durable as you can expect a stuffed animal to be. I have two new puppies who are still teething and they love these things. I got the Kyjen sheep mat version (it's a square shape, rather than the two rows of squeakers) for the little girl. Both dogs sleep with it in their crate and we take them on trips with us. I've gone so far as to open up the toy and replace the broken squeakers (costs about 5$ for 30 large squeakers). The rest of the toy is fine. Our german shepherd puppy absolutely loves the rattle that's located in the head of the gator as well. The rattle also helps initially getting the dog engaged with chewing on the toy rather than your clothing or furniture. Then they discover the squeakers and it's endless entertainment and a good distraction for your dogs. I haven't had any problems with the thin, decorative material that's represent the teeth, claws and back fins. It's a slightly thicker felt that's soft and flimsy. Honestly, I'm not worried about it. Even if they were to eventually chew these off, they're not a choking hazard. Our little guy has thrown up solid pieces of kibble that are larger and harder than this. Seriously now, common. The eyes are sewn into the head, so there's no risk of pulling them off and swallowing. I toss these in the washer on a gentle cycle to clean off the slobber and dirt about once every couple weeks and the squeakers are fine, though they sometimes have to dry out to be 100% functional again. It never takes long. Overall, I love the amount of squeakers just due to the breaking problem with have with single squeaker toys. Once they break, the dog loses interest. Which is also a nice way to train the dogs the difference between the non-squeaking kids toys. The dogs absolutely love this toy and wont sleep without it. When the fabric eventually wears out (not even a slight issue after a few months), I'll be buying another one.

For the price this is my favorite toy! My 4 lb Chihuahua LOVES this thing. He is smaller than it by a long shot, yet he loves to parade this around, showing how big he is and can handle this huge GATOR. LOL. He however, uses these more for wrestling, and attacking, and carrying around and sleeping on, etc. So none of ours have tears in them, though he does attack and chew all of it - I think these products are super wonderful, and I have to buy several more, like the hide-a-toy ones (beehive, squirrel, etc.) because I know the quality, I know my Chihuahua loves them to pieces - while he hasn't actually been able to render them in pieces! Win-win for us. You decide what your dog is like. Mine has his snoopy blanket and a huge victory in his mind over this large GATOR - his friend all day long.

Great Toy, But Not Durable

I bought this toy for my five-month-old American Eskimo dog, and he loved it! My dog isn't a big squeaker fan, but he had so much fun with this toy. He played with it nonstop for about an hour, and it was so fun to see him enjoying his toy. Unfortunately, I had to take it away from him because after a while, he was trying to rip out the ridges that line the alligator's back. He managed to rip out two already and was working on his third. I'm afraid that out of boredom, he will try to tear off the rest of the ridges and then the alligator's teeth and claws. I think that I will have to snip off all of the small pieces before giving this toy to my dog again. Even though the toy didn't stay intact for longer than 30-45 minutes, I don't regret buying it. It instantly caught my dog's attention and kept it. This is a good toy. It has 16 squeakers and would be a good cuddle toy since it's soft and big. This toy is longer than my dog! It's about 30 inches long!
