De Entrecote is een echte klassieker onder de steaks en geliefd om zijn fijne vetrand, malse bite en volle rundsmaak. Dit stuk vlees wordt gesneden uit de dunne lende van het rund en staat bekend om zijn perfecte balans tussen malsheid en smaak. Tijdens het bakken smelt de vetrand langzaam mee, wat zorgt voor extra sappigheid en een rijke smaak.

Onze entrecotes zijn afkomstig van grasgevoerde runderen uit Drenthe, die vrij grazen op natuurlijke graslanden. Dat proef je terug in het vlees: puur, eerlijk en vol karakter – precies zoals een goede steak hoort te zijn.
