Assaggio elegante grazie ai tannini integrati nel corpo.Il Fleurie AOC “La Dot” 2017 di Cloz de Mez nasce dall’omonimo vigneto caratterizzato da un suolo ricco di sassi dal colore rosa. Dopo la raccolta manuale, i grappoli di gamay sono pigiati e posti a fermentare in acciaio. Successivamente il 50% del vino è trasferito in botti di legno per 10 mesi, mentre l’altra metà affina sulle fecce fini all’interno dei serbatoi impiegati per la fermentazione. Un rosso stilisticamente ineccepibile, che unisce forza e setosità.
Da abbinare alle tagliatelle al ragù di cervo oppure ad un filetto di manzo al mirto.

Changed my life
Amazing product ,changed my life . I’m an electrician and my fingers were litterally were splitting in half and never could heal . I wear gloves , but it still would rub through after numerous years / can’t wear gloves always because lack of dexterity. I had tried everything balm / liquid bandaid / medicine for them . A mechanic is who told me about it. My fingers are completely different now. I will use this until I die, but it is so worth it for anyone’s who hands split and dry from any products because of the chemicals .
