Basugandar Taila is een medicinale, Ayurvedische kruidenolie die gebruikt wordt voor Abhyanga, een Ayurvedische oliemassage, of zelfmassage. Dit is een heerlijk ontspannende en grondende manier om de dag te beginnen! In onze praktijk is Basugandar Taila één van de meest gebruikte oliën.

Het kruidenmengsel in de Basugandar Taila olie heeft een bloedzuiverende werking. De kruiden die erin zitten zijn ook goed voor de huid, dus ook geschikt voor mensen met een gevoelige huid. Deze olie is zowel geschikt voor Vata’s als Pitta’s, hij is namelijk voedend en verkoelend tegelijk. En omdat hij verkoelend is, kun je hem ook op je hoofd gebruiken.

Je kunt hem als dagelijkse Abhyanga-olie gebruiken. Je kunt hem dan eventueel aanlengen met sesamolie. Geschikt voor lichaam en hoofd.
