Op 35-jarige leeftijd bereikte hij verlichting. Vanuit deze innerlijke rust ging hij het land door om anderen te begeleiden op het pad dat hij had ontdekt. Hij deelde zijn inzichten over de wereld en het leven, onder meer in de vorm van de vier edele waarheden en het nobele achtvoudige pad.

I have no idea why this thing has alcohol in it but it burns like a star when you put it on severely irritated skin.
