Omega-3 vetzuren spelen een unieke rol in het ondersteunen van hart en bloedvaten. De vetzuren in de omega-3-familie zijn alfalinoleenzuur (ALA), eicosapentaeenzuur (EPA) en docosahexaeenzuur (DHA). Van EPA en DHA zijn de meeste gezondheidseffecten bekend.
EPA is ook belangrijk voor het behoud van gezonde cellen, voor soepele gewrichten en om het afweersysteem te ondersteunen DHA speelt een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling en het functioneren van de hersenen en het zenuwstelsel.
EPA en DHA komen vrijwel uitsluitend voor in vette vis en staan daarom ook bekend als visvetzuren. ALA, dat in plantaardige olie kan zitten, kan beperkt worden omgezet in EPA en DHA.

Gebruik
Neem 2 capsules per dag bij een maaltijd, tenzij anders wordt geadviseerd.
Groene thee:
Maximale dosis ECGC is 800 mg per dag.
Niet consumeren op een nuchtere maag of in combinatie met andere groene thee producten

Awesome Spice Rack!

This works perfectly. I bought two as I have a lot of spices. Do need to remember that the height needed for unit is 9 inches, but with full size spice jars on top rack, you need at least 11 inches. Otherwise it works great. Smooth movement of the drawers. Very sturdy and stable.

Great quality product

The product quality is great. Assembly is needed but relatively easy. The moving shelves have a premium slide and catch at the end. I was impressed by this the most. The only potential small issue were the inside protectors it came with. Not that they're poor quality, they have a decent thickness. But during assembly they kept falling out easily because there wasn't enough catch on the shelf itself. In actual stationary use, this may not be an issue. But would have been better if the shelf held onto them more. You may not notice it when you put things on the shelf on top if it but they're also not a great color/texture match. Semi-opaque white plastic on a black metal rack; it cheapens the product. And in case you were wondering, magnets can stick to it. Overall though, I am pleased with the quality of this product.
