Een wijn met een sterke persoonlijkheid die aanhoudend is met aangename tannines en een zachte afdronk. De wijngaarden van deze Primitivo staan in het midden van het schiereiland in Salento. Het terroir bestaat uit kalkhoudende klei. De winters zijn hier matig
De kleur van Primitivo del Salento is dieprood, helder en intens. In de neus heeft het intense aroma's van rijp rood fruit als kersen, moerbei, blauwe bessen en aromatische kruiden en vanille. Een wijn met een sterke persoonlijkheid die aanhoudend is met aangename tannines en een zachte afdronk.
De wijngaarden van deze Primitivo staan in het midden van het schiereiland in Salento. Het terroir bestaat uit kalkhoudende klei. De winters zijn hier matig en de lentes en zomers erg droog. De druiven worden strikt met de hand geoogst wanneer zij rijp zijn, de trossen worden zorgvuldig geselecteerd en onderworpen aan een traditionele maceratie van 10-12 dagen op de schil, waarbij de most wordt gefermenteerd bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur. Alcoholische gisting wordt gevolgd door malolactische gisting. De wijn wordt ongeveer 6 maanden gerijpt in Franse eikenhouten barriques en daarna rijpt de wijn nog 2 tot 3 maanden door op fles.

They are good quality, no signs of rusting or flaking, & are built very sturdy. The measurements are a little inaccurate due to the tapered edges from bottom to top, so it may not fit as expected which happened in my case. The attachment edges don’t pair to other brands of organizers well so don’t expect them to stay attached. Nonetheless, worth the money for its need.
