De Airtec Motorsport Gen2 CAIS (Cold Air Induction System) voor de Ford Focus ST225 Mk2 is het resultaat van meer dan 12 maanden ontwikkeling, testen en optimaliseren. Ten opzichte van de eerdere Gen1-uitvoering beschikt deze tweede generatie over een grotere airbox, verbeterde airflow en nog betere bescherming tegen heat soak, waardoor het systeem aantoonbaar betere prestaties levert.

In de volledig afgesloten airbox bevindt zich een groot Airtec Motorsport Group A-stijl katoenen luchtfilter dat uitsluitend verse lucht aanzuigt vanuit de originele luchtinlaat aan de voorzijde van de auto. Hierdoor blijven de inlaattemperaturen zo laag mogelijk en wordt voorkomen dat warme lucht uit de motorruimte wordt aangezogen.

Afhankelijk van de configuratie van het voertuig zijn vermogenswinsten van 10 tot 18 pk mogelijk. Daarnaast profiteer je van een verbeterde gasrespons, een sportiever induction-geluid en een veel nettere uitstraling van de motorruimte.

De kit wordt compleet geleverd met ECU-verplaatsingsbeugels waarmee de ECU veilig achter de linker koplamp geplaatst wordt. Ook worden hoogwaardige Pro Hoses siliconen slangen, RVS slangklemmen, montagematerialen en een uitgebreide montagehandleiding meegeleverd.

Optioneel kan gekozen worden voor een Airtec Motorsport ECU-afdekking voor een extra strakke OEM+ afwerking.

Let op: zwarte, rode en blauwe siliconen slangen zijn doorgaans uit voorraad leverbaar. Overige kleuren worden speciaal op bestelling geproduceerd.

Glowy but not sure about the spf

My first impression was that this works more like a basic body shimmer than anything else. The Glistening Bronze shade gives a noticeable glow, especially on arms and shoulders. It spreads easily and adds a warm shimmer in the light, but the overall effect feels pretty simple and more cosmetic than skincare focused. This Oil Definitely Glitters!

I really wanted to love this shimmer oil, but it's unfortunately not my favorite. I love that it has SPF! That is a big win for me! The oil is also very good at hydrating my skin, which I appreciate. My problem comes with the shimmer of the product. The glitter in it is too big for my liking. With it being called a shimmer oil, I expected tiny glitter that softly shimmers like shimmer powders, lotions, and oils usually do. But this stuff glit-ters! And because it's bigger sized glitter, it's a lot easier to see when it gets all over everything like clothes, furniture, spouses and children. If the shimmering glitter in this was just smaller and softer, I would love this for summer time to use on my legs and arms. But it's unfortunately just not my favorite and I don't think I'll be using it anymore.
