Ze starte samen een coperatief en vestigde het wijnhuis aan de zuid west kust van Sardini. Hier lagen tenslotte de landerijen van de boeren en dit was het begin van het succes
Deze Rocca Rubia Riserva is één van de top wijnen van Santadi. Het is een voorbeeld hoe mooie een wijn uit Sardinië kan zijn. Maar daar voor gaat wel een hele geschiednis vooraf. Zo is het wijnhuis Santadi gestart in het jaar 1960 toen een groep wijnboeren de handen in één sloegen. Ze starte samen een coöperatief en vestigde het wijnhuis aan de zuid west kust van Sardinië. Hier lagen tenslotte de landerijen van de boeren en dit was het begin van het succes verhaal. Na tien jaar wilde het wijnhuis toch een grote stap maken en niemand anders dan Antonello Pilloni werd voorzitter. Dit was een grote slag voor het wijnhuis en samen met niemand anders dan oenoloog Giacomo Tachis gaven ze Santadi een nieuwe koers. En dat bleek de juiste , er werd veel geïnvesteerd in zowel de wijngaarden als in een moderne Winery. Dit resulteert dat de wijnen van Santadi zuiverheid en kracht hebben.Houtlagering voor de Rocca Rubia Riserva
Voor deze rode wijn worden de Carignano verbouwd in het wijngebied Carignano del Sulcis. Dit is één van de mooiste wijngebieden waar de trossen echt alle krijgen wat ze nodig hebben. De oude dikke stammen gaven vandaag de dag ene beperkte oogst maar hierdoor zijn de trossen ontzettend vol. Dat is ook te danken aan de rijke bodem structuur, vol met los zand, klei en organische nuances. Als de oogst rijp is worden de Carignano trossen met de hand geoogst. Na de persing ondergaat deze rode wijn een houtlagering van wel 12 maanden. Er wordt voor deze Rocca Rubia Riserva gebruik gemaakt van nieuwe ongebruikte houten vaten maar ook van tweede vuls vaten. Hierdoor krijgt deze rode wijn een vol en romig karakter en is het een iconische wijn uit Sardinië.Hoe smaakt de rode wijn van Sardinië?
Bij het open maken van de fles weten wij het zeker, een volle romige wijn met veel diepgang. Want hij geurt uit de fels naar bramen en bessen met daarbij wat kruiden. In het glas kleurt hij prachtig, robijn rood met een paarse rand. Met onze neus aan het glas ruiken we indrukken van vanille, zwart fruit, leer en wat zoethout. De smaak is erg levendig en krachtig en geeft onze tong indrukken van zwart fruit met daarbij wat pure chocolade, tabaksbladeren en vanille. Great paper good price

Reliable Everyday Printer Paper

This is standard plain printer paper for everyday home use, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do without any issues. I have had no problems with paper jams, ink smudging, or feeding through the printer.
