De azijn oogt al meteen smakelijk door de donkerbruine kleur en de aromatische, kruidige geur. Van een goede balsamico zijn maar enkele druppels nodig om een gerecht af te maken. Deze bijzondere balsamico is gemaakt op basis van gerijpte wijnazijn en gekookte trebbianodruivenmost. De Tondo Aceto Balsamico azijn heeft 10 jaar gerijpt in verschillende vaten van eikenhout. Aan die rijping heeft de azijn niet alleen zijn diepe bruine kleur te danken, maar ook de elegante smaak, die even rijk en uitdagend als evenwichtig is. De textuur is stroperig, de smaak laat zich het beste als zoet-zuur omschrijven. Deze balsamico is zeer geschikt voor gegrild vlees, vis en verse groenten, in combinatie met kaas en verse vruchten.

Great Everyday Paper Plates for the Price
