È un vino elegante, piacevolmente sapido e ambizioso nel retrogusto.La linea “Classic” di Tiefenbrunner esprime l’Alto Adige e le sue caratteristiche più immediate grazie a vini tutt’altro che scontati, sempre equilibrati ed espressivi, freschi e piacevolissimi. Il Sauvingnon si rivela con tutta la finezza di cui è capace grazie ad un’attenta vinificazione in grandi vasche di acciaio cui segue un breve affinamento in bottiglia. L'Alto Adige Sauvignon DOC “Classic” di Tiefenbrunner è un grande classico, sfaccettato ed elegante.
Ottimo anche come aperitivo, si addice molto bene ai piatti a base d’asparagi, a verdura alla griglia ma anche a piatti di pesce e a formaggio di capra.

Average quality, not as premium as expected

Before buying, I thought it would be a thick, glossy satin ribbon. After receiving it, I found the material is rather thin and the texture feels quite ordinary. When used for gift wrapping, it looks a bit cheap and doesn’t match the effect shown in the pictures.

Edges fray easily after cutting

After cutting the ribbon, the edges tend to fray quite easily. This makes it less attractive when tying bows or using it for decoration, and it requires extra handling, which is not very convenient.
