Gebruiksaanwijzing: Meng 1 cup (ca. 230 gram) Bird Brine op 1 gallon (ca. 4,5 liter) water. (Verdubbel het recept voor grote vogels). Plaats de vogel (kalkoen, kip, gans, eend, enz...) in een vleeszak of container naar keuze en giet de Malcom's Bird Brine over de bovenkant. Zorg ervoor dat de vogel ondergedompeld blijft - verzwaar hem indien nodig met een bord. Bewaar de vogel in een met ijs gevulde koelkast of koelbox gedurende de gehele pekeltijd.

Zout, suiker, hele peperkorrels, knoflook, ui, rozemarijn, laurierblaadjes, salie, tijm, citroenschil.
