Stefano Amerighi is een pionier in zijn vakgebied, die gek verklaard werd toen hij wijngaarden kocht in het zuidoosten van Toscane om daar vervolgens Syrah te planten. Vele jaren later blijkt zijn experiment een groot succes. De wijn van Amerighi is geliefd onder kenners en een fijne afwisseling met al het Sangiovese-geweld. 

Deze biodynamisch geproduceerde wijn heeft een mooie licht zalmroze kleur en ruikt naar klein rood fruit, zoals framboos, kers en aardbei. Licht tot medium van body, met rood fruit, zoethout en wat florale tonen in de mond. Licht merkbare tannines, middellange afdronk. Met zijn balans en complexiteit is dit een ideale wijn voor bij salades, maar ook wit vlees en gevogelte. Of als aperitief natuurlijk.

The shelves were wobbly when we installed them using the plastic screw anchors that came with the packaging. My dad set mine up and luckily he had a bunch of his own so he switched them out with better screw anchors. Once we made that switch it was perfect, there was no wobble or shaking at all. So that’s my only piece of advice. Besides for the screw anchors everything else is perfect
