Het speenkoord is natuurlijk ook te gebruiken als knuffelkoord of doekjeskoord. 

Speenclip: De speenclip is van gladgeschuurd en ongelakt blank hout. En is daarnaast lood- en nikkelvrij en speekselproof.
Lengte: De lengte van het speenkoord is 22 cm. Dit is inclusief de lus en exclusief de speenclip. De lengte voldoet aan de Nederlandse veiligheidsnorm.
Koord: De kralen zijn geregen aan stevig (en op meerdere plekken geknoopt) satijndraad in de kleur crème.
Siliconen kralen: De siliconen kralen zijn BPA-vrij en vrij van allerlei andere schadelijke, chemische stoffen zoals lood of pvc.
Houten kralen: De houten kralen zijn van onbehandeld (en dus veilig), blank hout.
