De kleur van Falanghina del Beneventano is licht citroengeel. In de geur heeft het een intens en complex boeket met evenwichtige aroma's van citrusvruchten, ananas en witte perzik. Deze wijn wordt geproduceerd van Falanghina-druiven, afkomstig van wijnstokken in de provincie Benevento. De druiven worden met de hand geoogst en in kleine dozen naar de kelder vervoerd om ze niet te pletten. De druiven worden voorzichtig geplet in hele trossen om het vrijloopsap te krijgen. Het maken en rijpen van wijn op fijne droesem duurt 4 maanden en vindt plaats in roestvrijstalen tanks.
