De Collio is een van de eerste gebieden in Italië die een DOC toegewezen kreeg in 1964. Het gebied staat ook wel bekend door de glooiende heuvels en het milde klimaat. Dankzij de Adriatische Zee en de bescherming van de bergen is het een ideale plek voor de wijnbouw. Warme dagen en koele nachten zorgen voor perfect rijpen druiven. Wijnmakerij Marco Felluga zet zich al vijf generaties in voor het produceren van wijnen in dit gebied. De wijngaarden bevinden zich in de wijnstreek Collio in de oostelijke regio Friuli, die door wijnkenners zeer wordt gewaardeerd om zijn witte wijnen. Met zijn creaties heeft het landgoed Marco Felluga een belangrijke bijdrage geleverd aan de grote populariteit van Collio-wijnen. De Sauvignon Collio Doc van Marco Felluga is een geurige witte wijn uit het wijnbouwgebied Collio. Na de oogst werden de druiven van de stengels gescheiden. De most en het vruchtvlees ondergingen een koude maceratie op de schil, gevolgd door een lichte persing om de schillen te scheiden. De gisting vond plaats in temperatuurgeregelde roestvrijstalen tanks. Gedurende zes maanden rijpt de wijn in roestvrijstalen tanks op eigen gisten.De indrukwekkende aroma’s van Collio Sauvignon
Zodra de fles open gaat komt het prachtige boeket aan geuren je al tegemoet! Want de geur is indrukwekkend, mooie nuances van groene appel, peer, citrus fruit en kruisbes. Deze prachtige indrukken zetten zich voort in de ronde smaak. Mooie fruit tonen van citrus fruit zoals limoen en citroen maar ook appel en kruisbes. Maar zo goed in balans, heerlijk in combinatie met salades, geitenkaas, oesters, sushi en groene groenten.Shipping Notes

Best sunscreen brand! Fair, sensitive-skinned and rely on this

Alba Botanica is my favorite brand for sunscreen products and it checks all the boxes on my list: Excellent long lasting coverage, fine mist spray and easy coverage cream versions, great for my sensitive skin (no breakouts- I do NOT use it on my face though), the Hawaiian fragrance is pleasant, it’s reef safe (a big one for me as a snorkel/dive aficionado), and organic ingredients. The large size lasts 5 full days when on a boat all day in the Carribbean, and I only apply it twice (once in morning, and again midday.) I have fair skin, and I never burn. The spray version is, by nature of its aerosol capacity, a bit drying on the skin, but this is to be expected, and it creates a long lasting barrier. The cream version is a wonderful emollient, although not quite as long lasting. Best deal is only in the summer season at CostCo for a 2 pack... in my searches, Amazon has the best deal otherwise.

This Babyganics 3X detergent checks all the right boxes for me. It cleans really well, even on tough baby stains, yet it's super gentle — no harsh smell or irritation.
