Colore giallo paglierino; perlage fine e persistente. Al naso è intenso e si esprime con note di vaniglia, sentori di lieviti e di crosta di pane. Al palato è equilibrato, di buona struttura, fresco e piacevolmente sapido.L'Alta Langa DOCG "Cuvée Aurora" di Castello Banfi è ottenuto da uve raccolte a mano, provenienti dai vigneti piemontesi dell'azienda. Lasciato riposare sui lieviti per almeno 30 mesi, è nato con l'intento di valorizzare il territorio piemontese e la sua tradizionale propensione alla produzione di grandi spumanti. Elegante e, grazie alla parziale maturazione in legno, di struttura e longevità, regala un sorso piacevolmente appagante.
Ottimo in abbinamento ai primi di pesce, si sposa particolarmente bene con le ostriche e con i crostacei.

No working squeakers
These toys are very durable but the squeakers do not squeak. They were sealed in an air tight plastic bag which permanently collapsed the squeakers.

Squeaky bits broken 😞
