It can be used in the following ways:
To plug a small, uninfected puncture hole after thoroughly disinfecting the area, allowing you to turn out straight away when a poultice is not required
To plug a puncture or hole left behind after an abscess has been cleared and drained, after thoroughly disinfecting the area, when a poultice is required, allowing you to turn out with confidence after the poultice has been removed
Farriers often use it an additional shock absorber and comforter when used between the lily pad and frog in ponies with spring grass related problems.
To use, simply mould the adhesive putty in clean hands and press into the cavity until you have a dense plug for best results. Keratex Hoof Putty is a semi-permanent wax that seals and stabilises hoof separation, plus it prevents grit, mud and debris getting jammed up into the hole and damaging the recovery process. The adhesive filling mixture also disinfects making it the perfect aid to recovery after punctures, abscesses and cavities.
Please note that Putty will be very hard while in the tin, as it sets to hoof type consistency naturally for best results, but will soften in your hands as you mould the shape you require before re-setting once within the hoof. Keeping the tub at room temperature prior to use or warming it gently in a bowl of warm (not very hot) water will also help with extraction of the putty from the tin.

Great Caddy

Perfect for our needs. Holds everything we need and keeps things tidy and well drained which also keeps the sink rim clean around the faucet. The size is nice and I appreciate the lover tier for putting the drain plugs as we have three of varying types. It keeps them clean and out of the way when not in use. I also love that the brush caddy hanges off the side instead of taking space like other designs do. It looks nice and just all around makes the sink area look tidier. The height is good and while lightweight it stays out.

Nice clutter catcher!

I've been using this for quite some time now since I purchased it I wanted to give it time to make sure that I actually used and experienced product before reviewing. I haven't really had any issues with it it holds everything it's been sturdy enough that when I'm doing dishes I can just push down on the pumps on it without any issues. The draining portion of it is a little Hit or Miss sometimes it drains properly other times it drains onto the side of it but I think that is just placement of the tray the one that I have it's not fully engulfing the whole bottom part so there is spots for water to leak through. The side rack is also convenient I use it to store my scrubbies and straw cleaners I did have to put something down to prevent water from getting behind my sink on that spot but other than that everything's been fine my sponges fit up underneath it fine. the only thing that would make it better is if it had a scrub Daddy or Mommy holder!

The Caddy fulfills it's duty

This caddy turns out to be everything I hoped it would. So often I'll purchase an item and it turns out to be cheaply made or wonky. But this 2-Tier Kitchen Sink Caddy fulfilled it's mission and cleaned up my sink area. Everything is handily stored in it's compartments.
