These diecast vent frames have been triple plated copper buffed to show quality. The noticeable difference between the 1965 1966 and 1967 1968 is the threaded hole that secures the middle of the frame to the upper portion of the door (see image). It is present for 1965-1966 but absent in 1967-1968. In 1968 they even cut out more of the metal but the '67 and '68 are interchangeable.
