Mocambo Gran Bar consists of a total of 6 different green coffees from Brazil, Central America and North Africa. They form the basis for this exceptionally mild coffee. It takes about 18 minutes at 220 °C in the classic drum roasting process, then Caffè Mocambo Gran Bar is ready. The espresso is ground only after outgassing and immediately vacuum packed, which has always been the hallmark of Mocambo's best quality. In terms of taste, this is a very round, aromatic coffee with a beautiful pattern in the hazelnut-coloured crema.
