Solid Alpine Spruce
Crafted with European Alpine spruce sourced from the Alps, this tonewood delivers a powerful sound with exceptional clarity and definition. Not only does it produce a rich and dynamic tone, but it also matures beautifully over time – allowing you to experience the natural aging process that brings even more depth and character to your guitar.

Ultra-Thin Finish & Open-Pore Texture
The ultra-thin open-pore finish lets the wood breathe and resonate freely, preserving the natural texture and delivering a vibrant, responsive tone. Like a living tree under your fingertips, every touch feels alive.

Rounded Edge
The binding edge of the guitar is carefully rounded to enhance playing comfort. What could feel sharp has been thoughtfully smoothed – adding a subtle touch of craftsmanship that your hands will appreciate.

Essential Headstock
The minimalist Essential Headstock embody the design philosophy of the Lite Series, enhancing its aesthetic harmony and refined identity.

Heritage Banner Plate (Handcrafted since 1972)
A small touch with a big story – our ‘Heritage Banner Plate’ on the back of the headstock is a tribute to our long-standing passion and craftsmanship. Since 1972, it’s been our mission to build guitars with heart. This simple detail adds not only to the aesthetics, but also to the soul of every instrument.

Premium Hardware
Every part on Crafter Guitars – from machine heads to bridge pins and preamp systems – is built with uncompromising quality. Only top-tier parts are selected for optimal performance, durability, and tone integrity.

Answers Many Questions about Naval Developments
Format: Hardcover
The history offers a detailed and well organized account of the Royal Navy as it transitioned from sail to steam. Coverage included personalities, technology, tactics and strategy. The combination provided a complete appreciation of the dynamics at play, some unexpectedly. The details might be a bit much for a casual reader but offered plenty of avenues for research not available or compiled in one source. I look forward to the final volume, which should describe another watershed era.

Great Book with a different perspective
Format: Hardcover
This will be a short review of a very long book. I ordered the book expecting more of a history of the British Navy, but this is more of a history of Britain with respect to its navy. It is still excellent and authoritative, just different than I expected. I really appreciate a somewhat different perspective than I have found in some other books. For example, any discussion of Jackie Fisher I have read previously seemed to border on the hagiographic, whereas here he seems to get a very evenhanded appraisal. A great book, highly recommended.
