Ingredients: 100% pure magnesium chloride flakes from the Zechstain seabed in the Netherlands. One cup of flakes contains approximately 51 grams of magnesium chloride, and numerous trace elements from the ancient seawater.

Suggested Use: Add 1 to 2 cups of flakes to bathtub or footbath, then soak for a minimum of 20mins. For best results the temperature of the magnesium bath should be warm about 101F to 105F rather than hot
