Schisandra is known as the five-flavored fruit; remarkably it is sour, sweet, bitter, salty and pungent. Schisandra has been used for centuries for its adaptogenic benefits.
Typhonium rhizome grows in the tropical regions of southeast Asian countries where it enjoys shade and dampness.
