Artist Info: Terry lived abroad during her childhood, in Canada, Ireland and Uganda, and these experiences have had a subliminal impact on her work and use of colour. Terry studied textile design and worked for many years as a freelance textile designer and illustrator. She now works from a new studio in the heart of the Cambridgeshire Fens.
Terry has developed a screen print monotype technique which she uses to build up transparent layers of colour and texture. Newsprint paper is often used, sometimes as a temporary stencil, and at other times printed on directly and collaged onto the canvas. Other materials used include acrylics and household paints.
‘My work is informed and inspired by elements within the natural and built environment, particularly the landscape which surrounds my studio in the Fens. This is a varied landscape, with areas of flat farmland, punctuated with woodland and connected by ditches and drains. I live close to an area of preserved fenland which offers endless possibilities for visual interpretation. My work explores ways of conveying a sense of depth and form using abstract marks and gestures such as blocks of colour and lines, and intuitive decisions are made during the making process. Although the environment is the root of all my work, the interpretation is personal to each observer.’

Monitor stand that stands up!
Color: White
This monitor stand is absolutely perfect. It gives back inches of desk space and provides additional storage with the shelves and 2 small drawers. Assembly was simple and the stand is sturdy and looks great. The profile is low enough that your monitors are not too high up from your laptop/keyboard. Definitely a game changes for the home office!

Great Monitor Riser/Stand!
Color: Oak, Color: Oak
I’m so happy with the way it turned out!! Easy assembly in about 15 min. It’s so cute and you can customize if you’d like the drawers to be on the left or right side. I just noticed a slight deviation in material dimensions so it looks a little off. But it’s still functional!

high quality and sturdy !
Color: Brown, Color: Brown
if you’re thinking about it, get it! i splurged to get this, but it’s so nice. it’s high quality and sturdy, plus it helps a lot to organize and keep things neat. putting it together was just like an ikea item and took much longer than i thought- around ~30-45 minutes, but it was worth it. i wanted a stand that would be able to fit my 2 monitors, and this is perfect. i’ve had it for over 6 months now and it still looks brand new! it really upgrades your desk space and makes it feel nicer. 10/10 recommend

Does Everything and More
Color: Oak
This stand allows me to raise my large monitor. It also gives me storage space for my sound bar, laptop, pillcase and more! I place my keyboard and mouse pad on the lowest portion of the stand when not in use. I like the two drawers on the side. I also like that there is room for a light and pencil case holder to the right of it. I had a real problem organizing my stuff on my desk but now I have a location for everything. I survived without it for so long, but now that I have the stand, I am really please with the set up. The only down side to having this with a large monitor is that it will block out a window completely. I had to buy a gaming light and install it from behind to give light to the front of the desk. Now my desk is fabulous. Great product but make sure that your desk is large enough to house this monitor riser as it is large. It does go on sale occasionally. So you can put a watch on the stand and purchase it when the price drops.
