Active Ingredients: Wheat Dextrin 100% - Made from Wheat

Dosage: 12 Years to Adult - 2 teaspoons twice daily (Max 8 teaspoons a day) 7 Years to 11 Years - 2 teaspoons ONCE a day Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber powder into at least 1/2 cup of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved.
