The pair produces a clear and powerful sound with its ultra-thin micron-etched diaphragm and a strong magnetic structure consisting of dual-sided 14 high-flux magnets. Astrotec has designed the pair with CNC-machined stainless steel cavities. Immensely Powerful Planar Magnetic Driver Unit:-

Astrotec Archimedes is equipped with a 14.8mm planar magnetic driver unit. It adopts a micron-level etching on an ultra-thin diaphragm. The driver helps the pair to produce a fast, accurate sound with strong detail retrieval. Astrotec has designed this driver with great precision to achieve a clean output with ultra-low distortion characteristics.

Strong Magnetic Architecture:-

Astrotec Archimedes packs a strong magnetic design that powers its large planar driver well. It has 14 high-flux magnets on both sides of the diaphragm. With the help of this strong magnetic architecture, the diaphragm moves swiftly and results in fast transient responses, strong bass response, ultra-low distortion, and high sensitivity.

Specially Employed Nine-Layered Piezo-Electric Ceramic Vibration Plate:-

To further enhance the sound response of the Archimedes, Astrotec has featured a vibration plate structure that uses 9 layers of ultra-thin PZT piezoelectric ceramic material.
