Transmission: 3-speed manual
Early FX used a Delco Remy system, and the later ones used the Bosch system, and the harnesses are different. Delco Remy harnesses have three wires at the starter motor solenoid and are finished in Black harness tape. Bosch have only two wires at the starter motor and are finished in a brown harness tape. So, the FJ harness will fit on a FX provided the car is the later type with the Bosch electrical system.
