Safety and longevity are at the core of the S90 Series design. It features a Weston-style double ratchet pawl brake system that splits the load to opposite sides of the gear for superior security and holding power. The industrial-rated alloy steel hooks rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging and are designed to slowly stretch to visually indicate an overload situation before failure. With premium components like heat-treated load plates, case-hardened internal parts, and a Grade 80 black oxide-coated load chain, this hoist is built to last.

Pro Tip
Keep an eye on the hook throat opening. The S90 series hooks are specifically designed with "indicator points" to stretch slowly if the hoist is overloaded. If you notice the safety latch no longer seats properly against the hook tip, it is a clear visual warning that the hoist has been subjected to a load beyond its capacity and should be taken out of service immediately.
