The EGR cooler is responsible for cooling exhaust gases before they are recirculated back into the intake system. Over time, the factory cooler can become restricted, crack, or develop internal leaks from soot buildup, coolant contamination, and repeated heat cycles. The Grizzly GA304NWO features upgraded construction over the stock design for improved durability and is supplied as the EGR cooler only, with gaskets not included.
